Social dialogue is a key mechanism for shaping decisions that drive sustainable societal development, strengthen social cohesion, and enhance the quality of life for every individual.
This is particularly important when decisions affect vulnerable and marginalized groups or when it comes to protecting our environment.
Ensuring conditions for continuous and constructive social dialogue in public spaces is the responsibility of every state striving for inclusive economic, commercial, and social development in which no one is left behind.
To encourage active participation in decision-making processes, the Ministry of Human and Minority Rights and Social Dialogue of the Republic of Serbia has published a brochure titled “Guide to Successful Social Dialogue”. This guide targets all potential initiators and participants in social dialogue, aiming to enhance tolerance, trust, partnership, and solidarity within society.
Find out how to initiate a social dialogue, how to get involved, what the desired outcome of any social dialogue is, how to monitor the results and more…
The “Guide to Successful Social Dialogue” is available in Serbian and English.
Let’s nurture the culture of dialogue because that’s how we build mutual trust and respect!
The Ministry of Human and Minority Rights and Social Dialogue’s “Guide to Successful Social Dialogue” was developed in cooperation with the Public Finance Reform — 2030 Agenda project, with the support of the governments of Germany and Switzerland.
